This is where it all starts, with the thoughts.

You could be going about your day as normal, feeling perfectly fine and all of a sudden

something triggers you.

A name, color, place it could be ANYTHING.

Searching for answers that will reassure you.

Wanting to get rid of the terrible feelings of anxiety, doubt and sadness you are so intensely feeling.

After you have asked the questions you probably feel relieved for a little while.

Maybe it is an hour or maybe it is a day.

Sadly this relief is only temporary and you know that the next trigger is not too far away,

Before the whole process begins again.
